Beckett Capital advised a local Bay Area seller on the sale of 3595 Utah Street, an unentitled, 1.16 acre site located in Pleasanton’s Stanley Business Park. The seller was represented by David Noravian of Beckett Capital.
 
The site is a corner lot with frontage on both Utah and Wyoming Streets and benefits from flexible zoning which allows for a variety of commercial uses.
 
In addition, the property is located in immediate proximity to the Vintage, a new, mixed-use development project with 345 residential units and 33,000 square feet of retail.
 
The buyer was an all-cash buyer who purchased the property for $1,300,000.
